Freestyle category. Any that want to compete on the night, Let have fun.

- Lifts above the waist are not allowed. Dips or
lifts allowed with one foot on the ground only. Music selected by the panel.

Cabaret:
Choreographed routines performed to your chosen music. All
lifts and dips allowed.
Please submit your entry before 9th of May 2009
