A master timbale player, Roberto Pla has given a new voice to the rhythmic sounds of his homeland of Colombia together with his brass driven 12-piece band Latin Ensemble.

Roberto Pla continues to weave his infectious mix of Salsa, Cumbia, and Afro-Cuban Jazz…

An impressive line up of artists from different parts of UK. This exciting 1-day Salsa Workshop takes place on 5th September 2009 @ The Met Bury

Featuring over 6 hours of daytime Salsa & Bachata workshops with some of the very best instructors in the UK Late night Salsa Party featuring live music with Roberto Pla and shows by the very best performers from the North West, World Class DJ Lubi Jovanovich (Leeds) spinning the hottest Salsa, Bachata and more to keep you dancing all night long, loads of Havana Club Rum, what’s more all this in the heart of Bury, this is the nearest you will get to Latin America in the UK!

We aim to make our night that extra special for our first major event in Bury… Come, join and see what the fuss is all about.
